"Situated at the heart of Antwerp, Hotel P6 offers proximity to the city's major attractions, including the renowned Cathedral and the bustling Grote Markt square. Nestled within a traffic-free zone, the convenience of underground car parks nearby enhances accessibility.

During my third year as an interior designer, I had the opportunity to contribute to this project as an intern at April One. The overarching design of the entire hotel was crafted by April One, with my primary focus directed toward elevating the guest experience through bathroom design.

Given the constraints of an aging structure, many of the hotel rooms are compact in size. To meet the functional requirements and uphold the essential qualities of a 'hotel' experience, a deliberate emphasis was placed on creating efficient, space-saving designs.

Our design journey commenced with the bathrooms, which hinged upon the fundamental considerations of water supply and spatial limitations.

After a comprehensive renovation undertaken during the challenging COVID-19 period, the entire hotel, encompassing each room, was reimagined and renewed, culminating in its grand reopening on the 21st of July 2022."
