“Design a home for a family of three with one child.”

The project ‘Triple Living’ in the old sweetsfactory Roodhooft has a very special location and design. The three connected newly build homes are located between the old renovated factory buildings. The factorysite is an oasis of peace in combination with the raw look and feel of the industrial site. The name of this project is based upon the family that is going to live there and the three pointed roofs of the houses. The focus of this project is on the use of material and the details. The use of oak and tadelakt gives a nice balance between hard and soft. All the build in furniture pieces are visually connected with the use of a 8 cm border. All these design choices combined with the beautiful light that enters the house and the unique location result in the perfect house for a family of three.
